The following is a list of statements that show habits of successful students. Please read each statement and tick the box that most closely reflects your performance of each task.
- A - “Accomplished”. This means that you are successful in doing this.
- I - “In progress”. This means you are trying to do this, but with some difficulty.
- C - “Challenging for me”. This means that you are not able to do this, but will continue to work at it.
Critical Thinking

Now that you have completed both the Action Plan and the Academic Success Checklist, make a copy for yourself so that you can refer to them. Then, submit a hard copy to the Science Advising and Information Office.
