E 408 Terrorism Planning Course
The Terrorism Planning Course is designed to assist State and local emergency managers in developing Terrorism Incident Appendices to the Emergency Operating Plan (EOP). By making more officials and professionals capable of planning for and managing the response to a terrorist incident, jurisdictions will be more self-sufficient. The goal of the course is to equip government officials and emergency management staff with the knowledge and skills necessary to plan for and respond to a terrorist incident. Contains Instructor Guide (IG), Student Manual (SM) and visuals.
ERT Awareness (NFA)
The Awareness course will define and discuss terrorism, implement appropriate self-protection measures based on the time, distance, and shielding associated with all categories of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or explosive materials. Other topics include tactical considerations and describing special security procedures within organizations and communities.
G190 Incident Command System (ICS) for Law Enforcement Personnel
This 12-hour course introduces police and other law enforcement personnel to Incident Command System and provides opportunities for exercising the concepts learned.
G191 Incident Command System (ICS)/EmergencyOperationsCenter (EOC) Interface
A 1 ½ day course that review Incident Command System and EmergencyOperationsCenter concepts and provides an opportunity to develop a working interface between the incident commander and the EmergencyOperationsCenter.
G192 Incident Command System (ICS) for Public Works Officials
A 1 ½ day course that introduces public works personnel to Incident Command System and provides opportunities for exercising the concepts learned
G194 Incident Command System (ICS) for Public Officials Conference
A 1/1/2 hour conference designed as a briefing for elected and appointed policy-level officials. This conference provides public officials with an awareness of Incident Command System as an effective management tool that can be adopted in managing emergency situations.
G195 Intermediate Incident Command System (ICS)
A 3 day course designed for officials from various disciplines (police, fire, EMS, medical examiner, etc.) of persons who might serve as supervisors in al Incident Command System structure. Topics include organization and staffing, incident and event planning/staffing, organizing a response to an incident or a planned event, and incident resource management.
G196 Advanced Incident Command System (ICS)
A 2 ½ day course designed for officials from various disciplines (police, fire, EMS, medical examiner, etc.) who might serve as incident commander. Topics include command and general staff, unified command, major incident management, area command, and multi-agency coordination.
G130 Exercise Evaluation Course
A 2 day course that enable participants to manage exercise evaluation activities before, during, and following an exercise.
G202 Debris Management
The course provides State and local personnel, including public works directors, their staffs, and waster management personnel, an overview of issues and recommended actions necessary to management debris-generating events.
G250.1 Senior Officials Workshop on Terrorism
A 1 day course for mayors and their cabinets focuses on terrorism preparedness policy issues. The course includes a 3-hour instructional module followed by a 3-hour exercise.

G310.1 Weapons of Mass Destruction: Nuclear
The primary purpose of this exercise is to improve the ability of local governments to prepare for, manage, and respond to mass-casualty terrorism incidents involving the use of WMD.
G310.2 Weapons of Mass Destruction: Radiological
The primary purpose of this exercise is to improve the ability of local governments to prepare for the detonation of a radiation dispersal device containing cobalt-60.
G310.3 Weapons of Mass Destruction: Chemical-Sarin
The primary purpose of this exercise is to improve the ability of local governments to prepare for, manage, and respond to mass-casualty terrorism incidents involving the use of WMDfor this exercise, a chemical agent.
G310.4 Weapons of Mass Destruction: Chemical-Vx
The primary purpose of this exercise is to improve the ability of local governments to prepare for, manage, and respond to mass-casualty terrorism incidents involving the use of WMDfor this exercise, a chemical attack.
