Primary Function:
To proactively support the delivery of Forum client work either in a primary role in accounts requiring faculty scheduling only, or as a support to a project leader in more complex accounts. In this entry level support role the individual will focus on ensuring all delivery of Forum client projects run seamlessly and, if problems arise, they are dealt with quickly, efficiently and to the highest level of customer satisfaction. The role will focus on ensuring all Forum projects are delivered to the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction while maintaining responsibility for achieving profit margins as scoped.
Major Responsibilities:
· Accountable as the single point of client contact for client engagements involving minimal or no customization and focusing more on Instructor Services and materials handoff. May be asked to support a Project Leader in more complex accounts.
· Maintain a percentage of time for which you will be billable to client work, and travel, as needed, to client site or other locations.
· Apply Forum's standard Project Management process throughout the project life cycle.
· Manage the development and delivery of materials and collection of feedback to ensure internal and client expectations are met.
· Utilize sound financial planning and capabilities associated with project management.
· Demonstrate the use of consulting skills with stakeholders to drive project progress and results.
· Establish credibility and build long-term relationships with client contacts.
· Partner with Sales and the project team in re-scoping situations, when necessary and as quickly as possible.
· Build knowledge of Forum's content and the business issues we address with clients.
· Provides support for business development, local and regional initiatives, as required.
· Other duties, as assigned.

· Ensuring Quality -- Ensure that quality of materials, product, and service(s) meets Forum's standards, and meets or exceeds client expectations.
· Working Efficiently -- Maintain knowledge of all systems and policies in servicing customers.
· Improving Service -- Conduct meetings with internal and external customers regarding specific contract-related service issues
· Customer Advocacy -- Act as a liaison between the customer and all areas of Forum.
· Communicating Effectively -- Maintain full and in-depth knowledge of account activity and be able to communicate it with internal Forum resources and clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Job Experience/Environment: A minimum of 1 to 3 years of project coordinator or management experience (mid-to-large scale project experience is strongly desired) is required. Exposure to internal change management or Learning projects is strongly desired.
Education & Language: BA/BS degree required. Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Mandarin is strongly desirable.
Technical Skills: Strong comfort with MS Office products, including MS Project. Demonstrated success with project and financial management skills, along with effective presentation, business writing and verbal communication skills are required.
Professional Skills: Strong customer focus, questioning skills, strong written and verbal skills, team player, very detail-oriented; strong initiative and follow-through; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; ability to set priorities; solid judgment, negotiation skills, and process improvement skills.
Other: The ability to travel within the region to client sites, or internationally, as needed.
The ability to communicate with team members, stakeholders, and third party suppliers will be critical to success in this role.
