Dear sir I have been researching in our company for a long time about opening a fitness centre. I have go through many steps about the topic being discussed. I have discussed this with my supervisor and he has encouraged my seeing my work.
Organizational reviews:
I have taken views of employees of our company about a fitness centre. 90% of the crowd asked to open a fitness centre as this will increase the outlook of our employees and as well as our company’s.
Market analysis:
In market I have seen that company that compete our company all have a fitness centre in which their employees are trained and are asked to work out to maintain their body and body language.
Concept plan:
Basic concept behind my idea is to arrange a gymnasium hall where our employees daily will take exercise.
Location rationale:
For this purpose we have the best location in backyard of our building that is crowded by sky touching trees. This location is very best for such purposes.
Capital costs and revenues:
I have arranged all the costs imposing this project. According to a rough idea this will approximately cost us about $4000 at start. This investment of $4000 will make us earn about $12000 in one year.
Recommendations:
