Membership Information Sheet– Season 2013-14

Welcome to Exeter Netball Club for season 2013-14 Last season was a great success across all age groups, and we are hoping to make 2013-14 even more successful.

This letter gives details for the season. Please read all the details below and then complete and return the following forms, these forms are on the Club forms page.

Please note that you will NOT be permitted to take part in any club activity until you have returned the registration forms and payment.

TRAINING

Training will take place weekly from the week beginning 1st September In order to accommodate all the age groups and training needs, plus the coaches, we have had to move some of the training this season. This is the best solution for the whole club, but we apologise if it is less convenient for you.

U-12s: Friday 6.00 - 7.15 University covered courts

U-14s: Friday 6.00 - 8.00 University covered courts

U-16s: Friday 6.30 - 8.00 Exeter College sports hall

ALL PARENTS of U-18s are required to attend the first training session of the season, for 15 minutes to receive a short briefing on club activities, finance etc. Please make sure you can attend this session.

FUNDRAISING

Rachel Bennett has agreed to be our Fundraising Co-ordinator for this season and will soon be forming a sub-committee to look at how best we can continue to raise funds for the Club. Any ideas would be gratefully received. Full details will be provided to members and parents/guardians at the first training session of the season.

AFFILIATION FEES

Each member is required to pay the affiliation fee. Affiliation fees are due by FRIDAY 6th SEPTEMBER. If payment is not received you will not be eligible to play or be covered by insurance.

SENIORS: £30.00

JUNIORS (U18s): £19.80

JUNIORS (U14s): £12.45

Affiliation fees include England Netball, Netball South West and County affiliation fees.

Due to Club representation in County and Regional competition ALL players must be 1st claim to Exeter Netball Club. Any questions on this please contact Wendy Thorpe ().

MEMBERSHIP FEES

The membership fees to cover training, coach expenses and league fees are to cover the period September 2013 to April 2014 (not inclusive of any summer term training; details of which will be advised nearer the time).

·  U16s - £130.00

·  U14s = £130.00

·  U12s = £110.00

·  High 5’s = £4.00 per session

Payment must be received by 1st October, in one of the above formats. Failure to return fees by this time will result in an additional £15 charge.

30% deduction to MEMBERSHIP FEES ONLY will be applied for families with 2 or more players within the club. Discount will be taken from the younger child(ren).

MATCH FEES

Junior U12/U14 - £3 per match £4.00 County and regional tournaments

Junior U16 - £4 per match
