It’s a Girl Thing and M.A.L.E Mentoring Clubs End of the Year Trip
Dear Parent / Guardian
The Charles Henderson Middle School Female Mentoring Club, It’s a Girl Thing, and the Charles Henderson Middle School Male Mentoring Club, M.A.L.E.S.,(Male Active Leaders Eager For Success) have planned an AMAZING End of the Year Trip this year for all of our students in our mentoring clubs. This year our end of the year trip will be:
DISNEY WORLD
Orlando, Florida
During their time at Disney World, students will attend two educational seminars and will work on a number of assignment projects directly related to their classroom studies.
The seminars and workshops will take key learning points from classroom studies and show how they are put into practice at Disney World.
If you would like your son/daughter to take part in this educational tour and AMAZING End of the Year Trip, please read and understand all details as they pertain to this trip

Dates of Trip: April 21, 22, and 23, 2017 (Friday-Sunday)

Only the first 90 students will be able to attend this trip, so get your money in fast.

Disney World Payments
This trip is a Once in a LIFETIME trip and we know that you would love to have your son/daughter attend this trip. This trip is currently ONLY open to the members of It’s a Girl Thing and M.A.L.E. Mentoring Groups. Removal from club due to behavior or not upholding the contract signed by each member will also cancel participation in the trip with all money paid lost.
We have broken the payments up into 5 payments
Each payment is NON REFUNDABLE.
Once you have committed to being part of this trip we are counting on you for fulfilling our specific number.
· Payments must paid before or on each specified date to remain part of the trip.
· Failure to pay 2 months consecutively are subject to removal from the trip with
ALL MONEY LOST.
· All cost are based on 90 paying students.
· You must pay at least (no less than) the specified amount stated.
· You may pay for the trip in total at any time, but monthly payments must be made as scheduled.

12 am [Midnight]: Depart Charles Henderson Middle School Parking Lot
6 am: Breakfast Stop
8 am: Arrive At Disney World Magic Kingdom
9 am: Attend the Energy and Waves Youth Education Series
12 pm: MAGIC KINGDOM
*Lunch will be when the student decides. Each student has a meal voucher to any restaurant at Magic Kingdom
10 pm: Depart Magic Kingdom and Arrive to Hotel
11 pm: Pizza Party in the Hotel Conference Room
12 am: SLEEP
Saturday, April 22, 2017:
5am: Breakfast
7:30 am: Attend the Managing your Personal Brand Youth Education Series
10:30 am: HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS
*Lunch will be when the student decides. Each student has a meal voucher to any restaurant at Hollywood Studios
5pm: Depart Hollywood Studios and Arrive to Hotel
8pm: Dave and Busters Eat and Play Game Center
12 am: Arrive at Hotel and SLEEP
Sunday, April 23, 2017:
10 am: Checkout of Hotel
3 pm: Stop for Lunch
7 pm: Arrive at Charles Henderson Middle School Parking Lot
