Event Coverage / R2500
Our event coverage services includes a video of highlights from the event, interviews with the organisers, artists (speakers) and some members of the crowd (attendees). The video will take 3 days to be produced and uploaded in your YouTube Channel and be linked to our website. This also includes branded event photos that will be done 3 days after the event, but highlight images will be posted online together with an event article on a Monday following the event under “Out On the BEAT”.
(Note: All logos of your sponsors and your company should be e-mail to us immediately after confirming coverage so that artwork to brand images and video can be done prior the event, so as to allow instant prints as well –if needed. Also note that event coverage should be confirmed in not less than 48 hours before the event so as to allow coverage planning).
Event Capturing / Enquire
We also provide event shooting and editing services to clients who want more than just coverage. For this service you have to call in and organise communication with our production department and get a quote depending on specifications of the event.
Public Relations and Media Management Services / Enquire
We also offer PR Services to events under our parent company MPD Group if you need media management services such as press releases, article placements in newspapers, articles write ups, radio & television interviews as well as proposal & sponsorship agreement documents.

BEATMagazineSA and its parent company MPD Group, will not be held liable for an authorised use of logos, designs, trademarks and artist/speakers names in the promotional material provided to us by the organiser. As an official registered publication under the digital ISSN Code: BEAT 2307 – 7174 we are operating following the rules and regulations that governs our practice as it is stated in our website’s terms and conditions area ( therefore any commercial use of unauthorised use by organiser is not endorsed by BEATMagazineSA and MPD Group.

Advertising and promotion must be paid in full 48 hours before placing any paid promotional material and proof of payment must be e-mail to: or be faxed to: 086771 4913. NOTE: Artwork and information must be supplied 48 hours before placement in correct formats.

All text information must be typed on the form. Logos, posters and others promotional material must be supplied in jpeg high quality, because will not liability for any blurry or wrong information in your promotional material.
