This puppy is sold as a Limited/Full AKC registration. This dog is sold as a pet only. Pet quality simply refers to the dog being sold as a pet and companion only. This dog may not be bred. ______Initials

Buyer of this puppy will offer the puppy back to the breeder if ever in need of placement.

We request that you take the puppy to your vet within 72 hours for a health check. If a congenital defect should be found we will refund your money upon return of the puppy and written report from the veterinarian. We must receive the puppy and written report within 7 days of the visit.

We guarantee the puppy for a period of 6 months from date of birth against congenital disease. If the puppy dies from a congenital disease within 6 months we will replace the puppy with another puppy of the same sex, quality and value, providing a veterinarian autopsy report indicates the defect as the cause of death. Breeder is not responsible for the cost of the autopsy.Buyer agrees to provide needed veterinarian care for puppy including shots and heartworm medications. The breeder will not be liable for any future medical costs that arise from the care of this puppy.Buyer understands this contract will be void if proper and necessary veterinary care in not provided by buyer or if puppy is sold, transferred or injured by accident or neglect. This guarantee does not cover against common puppy ailments (worms, viral disease) or bulldog ailments such as cherry eye, entropia, “loose hips”, elongated soft palette, skin allergies or pinched snares. ______Initials

There is no guarantee that this puppy may be used for breeding or show regardless of potential. If being sold under limited registration the dog may not be used in a breeding program.

Buyer understands that bulldogs are inside dogs and require air conditioned living conditions to prevent overheating.

All deposits are non-refundable. If you place a puppy on hold with a deposit and change your mind, no money will be returned.

By signing below both the buyer and the seller agree to the terms and conditions within this contract. You have read the contract and fully understand the contents thereof.
