Agency) for the items to be registered by you.

13.Evidence of QM System/QC Practice/QA System in vogue (Including typical QAP of the firm) and QA/QC/NDE facilities.

14.Evidence of manufacturing methodology used for your products / Infrastructure and standards & modalities used for packing.

15.Photo copies of products Test and Inspection certificates for last executed order.

16.Import license (if importer)/ Import Export Certificate.

17.Evidence of stock maintained for your products in Qty. and Value.

18.Evidence of your products confirm to BS/DIN/ASTM/ISS Standards.

19.ISI license (if ISI marking).

20.Evidence of your products approved by Lloyds/ABS/IRS/DNV/MMD/EIL etc.

21. Lead time (delivery) for manufacturing and supply of typical product (Inclusive of drawing support, initial Correspondence etc.) and the time required to depute your Service Engineer (no. of days)

22.Technical Specification/Extracts for any last 2 shipment orders listed in the PO reference.

23.Proof of Qualification of Management & Key personals including certified personals. Flow chart of personnel in your organization in hierachial order.

24.Authorization Certificate/ Dealership Certificate from OEM (if applicable).

25.DQA (N)/DQA (WP) Certificate of Registration.
