To The Homeowners of City View Estates,
After careful consideration and planning, we have decided to engage Evans and Associates, in Decatur, to manage the day to day functions of the City View Estate HOA. They will be handling all invoicing, banking deposits, bill payments and will also coordinate the issuance of quarterly compiled financial statements that will be available to all residents. In this regard, the biggest change this will have on you as a homeowner is the mailing address for your payments has changed. It is listed above in the letterhead.
Please continue to make your checks payables to the City View Estates HOA. If you make your payments by ACH bank transfer, you will not be affected. We encourage all monthly payments be made through ACH transfer. Please contact Evans and Associates if you would like to set this up. If you use a bill paying service, you will need to contact them to have the address changed for your payment. If you have already sent a payment for December they will be forwarded to Evans and Associates.
Your board of Directors will be facilitating all Protective Covenant compliance. The City View Board will rely on the owners to report violations by email. Please email any questions or comments to . Once a violation is reported, a board committee will verify that a violation does exist and will then send out letters to the violating parties. Cary McWhorter, a local attorney, will handle these letters so they will be prepared with a high level of knowledge and quality. Ms. McWhorter will also provide counsel to the board on covenant violations.
We are turning over the day to day operations to Evans and Associates effective December 1, 2011 so please remember to send your payments to the PO Box listed above and do not send to the City View offices, and most importantly, DO NOT place any payments in board member mailboxes.
Please do not hesitate to contact Stan Evans or Angie Harris at the email address listed above with any questions or comments you may have with your billing. HOA Resources does not handle anything for City View as of Nov 30, so please do not contact them.
We have started a new Website for City View Homeowners. This is different than the one Vernon and Mary Ann Scott have for Real Estate Sales. Tab Bowling has done an outstanding job getting this started. It can be viewed at cityviewestates.net. It is a work in progress, so please be patient as we let it evolve. There are links to most email addresses you will need. Let us know what you think.
