Each year, NAFEhonors a small group of women for their commitment in serving and enriching their workplaces, communities, and the world. “Being recognized by a professional peer collective is an honor in itself,” Davis said. “The fact that a special award has been created is very humbling for sure. But what I will take to the ceremony is the knowledge that the recognition is really about the work that so many people do every day and the impact it can have even years later. I want to share this spotlight with countless others.”
