This meeting is held under the International Sporting Code of FIA, the General Karting Regulations of the EKA and any further Addendums and Bulletins to the Regulations, refer AKA Rule R1.07, R11.02

GRID CAPACITY:28 karts. 655metres, bitumen. Race Direction: Clockwise.

RACE FORMAT:289 Point System over 5 heats. All heats 13 laps.

The club reserve the right to alter the number of laps on the day.

ENTRY FEE:Seniors $50.00 (2nd class $25.00)

Juniors$30.00 (2nd class $15.00)

CREDIT CARD FACILITIES NOT AVAILABLE

Minimum four (4) genuine entries constitute a class.

Midgets/Rookies/Junior Clubman Class: If the classes have less

than four licensed drivers, rounds to be run with drivers nominated

(even if not 4) and eligible for final series points and awards.)

CLOSING DATE:Entries must be received by last mail Friday 22nd May, 2009

Late entries will be accepted up until last post Friday 29th May, 2009.

Late entrants will be placed rear of field for the first two heats.

Cancellations:Entries will only be eligible for refund if cancelled before close of entry Friday 22nd May, 2009

*Driver’s registration must be done before you are scrutineered prior to entering track for official practice. As per rule 12.01 (a)

Flag Drops at 12 pm

Racing will continue until the setting sun is deemed unsafe.

DRIVERS REGISTRATION:

Please have available your current AKA Licence in order to register and collect your engine seal. It is

compulsory to seal Midget and Rookie restrictor plates at all zone series, all restrictors to be checked prior to sealing. ****In accordance with Rule 25.13 (ii) Side Pod numbers, as well as front and rear, need to be visible in order for lap counters to register your position in the race.

*Head Sealing nuts to be fitted as per rule 19.33

*Please indicate when nominating how many meals you require on Saturday Night.

Saturday Night Hot meal available

Sunday 6.30am cooked breakfast, canteen open all day.
