Epoxy Grout for tiles
Product
TSIRCO-RES 1001 is a 3-part epoxy-cement, ready to use grout for ceramic tiles, natural stones, concrete bricks, marbles, granites and generally is ideal for pointing all kindsof tilingmaterials.
Composition
TSIRCO-RES 1001 is a 3-part product based on epoxy-cement blended with special fillers and other ingredients.
Purpose
For pointing all kind of tiling materials.
Usage
TSIRCO-RES 1001 can be used for all kind of pointing works, especially for Swimming Pools, Kitchens, Restaurants, Laboratories, Bathrooms, Chemical Factories, Dairies, Abattoirs, Water Reservoirs and generally where aggressive or hygiene conditions prevail.
TSIRCO-RES 1001 offers a high grade of waterproofing and abrasion resistance. It also resists to all chemicals of low to medium concentrations that come in contact with it. For fully concentrated chemicals, use TSIRCO-RES 231.
Colours
TSIRCO-RES 1001 is available in grey, white, red and green shades or in any other colour upon request.

Intoduction
TSIRCO-RES 1001 has excellent adhesion to most tiling materials inhibiting the following properties:
a)Stain Resistance.
b)Chemical Resistance.
c)Waterproofing.
d)Excellent Durability.
e)Easy to clean: stains will not penetrate.
How to use
1. Preparation: The joints to be grouted must be clean and free form dust or other debris. If water is used for cleaning the joints, allow this to dry before grouting.
2. Mixing: The product consists of 3 parts Base, Hardener and Filler. Mix the Base with the Hardener by means of a mechanical stirrer until a uniform mix is achieved. The filler is then slowly added into the mix while stirring until a uniform and homogeneous mixture is achieved.
3. Application: Apply the mixture in place and follow the standard procedure used for the grouting of tiles. It is important that after application by means of a squeegee or trowel, the excess material is swept away using a sponge or cloth. No excess material must be allowed to dry on the tiles since it is impossible to be removed after hardening. Do not use the material once it starts hardening.
4. Cleaning
Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with water.

Storage Life
Product is kept for not less than 6 months in manufacturer’s undamaged sealed containers and stored in a dry environment away from frost and direct sunlight.
