Think globally and outside the Box

On Saturday afternoon at 1230 hours there are numerous 9-1-1 calls reporting shots fired at the Serramonte Shopping Center. Callers are telling you that there are multiple people shot in several locations both within and outside the shopping center. The exact location of the shooter or shooters is unknown. You have two Officers at Serramonte at the police substation and one of them was walking the mall on a routine security check and is not answering his radio. You also have 4 officers and one traffic motorcycle officer on patrol, 1 Sgt on Code 7, and one records clerk.
