Planning Manager Nation Towers Project

Project is JV NPC-Arabtec:to develop 3.1 million square feet; the project is Mixed-use project includes 64-storey residential tower, a 50-storey hotel and office tower and a retail podium. Major Activities

Manage Planning team to develop and control the following:

Prepare/follow up baseline schedule with resource and cost loading as per the contract (FIDIC1999)

Prepare/follow up Target program for construction purposes(ahead schedule)

Prepare as build schedule records and progress charts

Prepare internal and external weekly and monthly reports.

Monitoring and update EPC activities with full coordination between Technical, commercial and construction team

Review and approve subcontractors program with full coordination with the baseline and target schedules
