Cancellation Policy:
Written notification to ECANB is required for all requests of cancellation. Conference refunds will be granted based on the date of that notification. ECANB cannot refund hotel cancellations. Notice of cancellation and applicable refunds are as follows:
- 50% - Cancellation received by March 31, 2017
- 25% - Cancellation received by May 8, 2017
- No refunds will be made after May 8, 2017 unless approved by the ECANB
