Educators: The Skills Show suggested social media messaging - #SkillsShow17

The Skills Show 16-18 November at the NEC Birminghamhelps prepare young people for the opportunities in work and inspires them to play a valuable role in tomorrow’s skilled workforce.

Over 70,000people are expected to visit thisFREE event which brings together the UK’s leading employers, training providers and colleges to showcase apprenticeship and training opportunities. A visit to The Skills Show helps young people experience many careers in one place, raising their aspirations for getting the best start in work and life.

Visitors to the Show can also ‘Have a Go’ at hundreds of careers. It is the show’s unique interactive experiential careers advice which gives young people the opportunity to really discover what jobs they might enjoy, what sort of career they could become passionate about and what skills attract them to join the world of work.

Sign Up Saturday 18th November is when parents can bring their children to The Skills Show where exhibitors and careers advisers will be giving a boost to getting young people to sign up for more information on careers and apprenticeship opportunities.
