I/We understand and agree, that by completing and forwarding this form, and providing payment for the production of a Wyoming Trust Package, that I/We have entered into a binding legal agreement with Trusts Unlimited, and understand that any and all legal disputes will be resolved in the State of Tennessee.

C. TRUST PAYMENT BY FINANCING
I/We wish to apply for Trust Financing. I/We understand that Trusts Unlimited makes no guarantees, and that the financing of any Trust Package is done on a best efforts basis. And further, I/We hereby certify that should I/We successfully receive financing, by or through any options presented by Trusts Unlimited, that the funds acquired for said trust, will be used for the sole purpose of acquiring a Trust Package from Trusts Unlimited. It is further understood and agreed that, should the applicant breach any of these provisions, Trusts Unlimited shall then have the option to enforce its rights in the appropriate Tennessee State Court of Law.

INSTRUCTIONS
1) Please complete all documents and return them by email to Trusts Unlimited, making all payments pursuant to the instructions to be provided by Trusts Unlimited. You will be contacted, within one working day, upon receipt of your documents, if Trusts Unlimited feels it is necessary to review your documents for clarification. At that point you can expect your Trust Package to be emailed to you within two working days. Please be advised that payment by Cashiers Check or Money Order will necessarily delay the completion and delivery of your Trust Package.
2) When you receive your Trust Package, we recommend that you review the documents for accuracy, and download them to the “Documents” section on your computer. We also recommend that you have an addition copy on CD and/or Flash Drive.
