  • Machine Design and Manufacturing – SolidWorks Design Project : Designed rail spike setter machine and spike sorter mechanism. Designed, analyzed, and applied machine components such as springs, gears, shafts, keys, drive chains, and belts. CAD drawings and stress analysis through SolidWorks.
  • Electrophoresis: Used the process of electrophoresis to determine the sizes of different DNA strands within a sample
  • Vibrations – Dynamic Modeling: Developed model for the dynamic loading of wind turbine blade using second order differential equations in MATLAB.
  • Engineering Materials, Properties, and Processing: Knowledge of properties and applications of engineering materials with emphasis on the property relationships between materials used in a given structure. Knowledge includes but is not limited to viscoelasticity, stress-strain curves, tension and compression tests, and crack creation and propagation.
