Foundations of E3 Facilitation (C2) Class:
Fri, April 28 at 8:15am PT – Sun, April 30 at 5:00pm PT
Advanced E3 Facilitation (C3) Class:
Mon, May 1 at 8:15am PT – Wed, May 3 at 4:30pm PT
Prerequisites – C2
- Read the Book Open to Outcome
- Take the Teleclass: Intro to the Equine Experiential Facilitation Method (C1), see to register. If you are unable to attend any of those classes as an alternative, you can register for a class and then contact to obtain the C1 recording to listen to at your convenience.
- Take the StrengthFinders Assessment, either online directly, or by purchasing the book first and then taking it online.
-Purchase the “Top 5 Strengths Access” online by following the link shown below: StrengthsFinder
OR
-Purchase the book Strengths Based Leadership, Great Leaders, Teams, and Why People Follow by Tom Rath and Barry Conchie or StrengthFinders 2.0
(Note: Do not buy a used book. Only new books will allow you to take the assessment.)
-Take the StrengthsFinder Assessment online by following the directions provided in the envelope at the back of the StrengthFinders book.
- Send your Top 5 Strengths to PJ Stegen at E3A by email () no later than Sunday, August 7, 2016.

Belos Cavalos’ purpose is to improve health and wellness, provide personal and group educational experiences, and to further support the arts and movement research through equine-assisted programs.

- Drive SouthEast on Hwy 12 from Santa Rosa
- Pass through traffic light at Oakmont
- Pass through traffic light at Pythian (St. Francis Winery)
- Left on Campagna Lane (formerly Gray Road)
- Between Frey Road and Lawndale Road on the right

Alaska/Horizon and Allegiant airlines fly into Santa Rosa from LA, Seattle, Portland, Orange County and Las Vegas. This airport is just 15 minutes from Belos Cavalos.
San Francisco Airport (SFO) or Oakland Airport (OAK)
Both airports are located approximately 90 minutes from Belos Cavalos, and are served by most major airlines.

- Hillside Inn, a very reasonable hotel with great prices in Santa Rosa, about 10 minutes from Belos Cavalos,
- B & B's located just two 2 - 5 minutes from Belos Cavalos (a bit more expensive than Hillside Inn):

- Santa Rosa/Rohnert Park have all the major hotels near Highway 101, about 15 minutes away from Belos Cavalos.

Meals
E3A will provide continental breakfast, snacks, drinks and lunch as part of your daily class fee for C2 and C3 classes. If you have special menu requirements, please contact PJ Stegen at before August 1, 2016 with your special needs.
Weather
Temperatures in Kenwood during April/May can range between 45F degrees in early morning to 75F degrees during the day. Therefore, it is best to wear layered clothing and bring sunscreen, hat & gloves. We will be in a covered outdoor arena for horse activities and an indoor classroom for training and debriefs.
What to Bring
- E3A Class materials printed out in hard copy. Be sure your pagination is set up to print the total number of pages indicated in the course curriculum (see footer right hand side)
- Hard-soled, fully enclosed shoes or boots and socks to protect feet while working around or interacting with horses. You may wear shorts, capris or long pants, whichever you are more comfortable in for warmer weather.
