1.0Description
The recorder described shall be a Sanyo Model number DTL-4800 or equivalent. The recorder shall be an industrial grade 960-hour Digital security video recorder.
2.0Bid Specifications
The video recorder shall be NTSC compatible. The video recorder shall have the capability to record 12, 24, 48, 72, 96, 120, 168, 240, 360, 480, 720 and 960 hours using a SANYO ST-180XZES S-VHS tape. The video recorder shall have the ability to record up to 72 hours with continuous audio using a ST-180XZES S-VHS tape. The video recorder shall have the ability to record in virtual real time (30 fields per second) for 24 hours using a ST-180XZES S-VHS tape.
The video recorder shall have the capability of reproducing 520 lines of resolution in black and white and color. The video output shall be 1.0 V(p-p) composite video signal, 75-ohm impedance with a video signal-to-noise of greater than 48dB.
The video recorder shall have BNC and S-VIDEO input for recording video and BNCand S-VIDEO output for playback of video. Audio input and output shall be RCA type connectors.
The video recorder shall provide connections for alarm in, alarm out, Ext. timer in, warning out, switching pulse out, clock set in, clock set out, series in, series out,non record out, timer out, eject in, eject out, tape end out, video loss out, alarm reset in, trigger shot record in, common, remote control in, microphone input, RS232C input for control (D-sub 9-pin Type), and RS485 input for control (RJ11 Type, SSP protocol). The recorder shall have a removable grounded AC power cord.
The video recorder shall have two modes of security lock out feature (2-button, 4-digit password) and a 30-day memory back up in the event of power loss.
The video recorder shall have a built in time and date generator with available automatic adjustment for daylight savings time. The video recorder will have the ability to display on it’s on screen menu total power used time and head usage duration for maintenance purposes. The recorder shall also have the ability to display a power failure and a failure due to condensation as well as the time and date of the most recent failure due to condensation. In addition, the recorder shall have the ability to search for a specific time and day or alarm event. The video recorder shall have the ability to perform an alarm scan.
The video recorder shall have the ability to be controlled via the RS485 input, Remote control input and RS232C input
The recorder shall have directional function keys for: play; fast forward; rewind functions as well as search (frame/field), still/pause.
The recorder shall have advanced tape handling protection functions including Record retry, tape thread check.
The video recorder shall have an on screen menu system forsetting andprogramming. The on-screen setting will include, but is not limited to, language and clock settings, monitor display settings, recording modes, and program recording.
The video recorder shall have a power off through function allowing video signal and audio signal to pass through when the recorder is off. (when using the BNC terminal only)
The video recorder shall have an automatic head cleaning function, and a record check function.
The recorder shall be no larger than 16.5”W x 5.6”H x 11.8”D, (420mm x 142mm x 299mm) and weight approx. 15.0 lbs,(6.8Kg)
The video recorder shall be UL listed and ISO9001 certified.
