Groomer Maintenance Committee

This committee will be on a call list for when the groomer needs maintenance or repairs.Kirk,Ken and/or Dave can oversee this one. (4-6 people)

Claytonfest Setup Committee

This committee will be in charge of attending the Clayton Town meetings and the set up of tents, bar, grill, tubs, ice, food, and beverages. (5-10 people)

Claytonfest Work Committee

This committee will be in charge of setting up a work schedule for Claytonfest and ensuring all beverages, ice, and food is purchased and brought to Claytonfest. (5-10 people)

Claytonfest Clean Up Committee

This committee will be in charge of taking down the tents, bar, grill, tubs, organizing all leftover food and beverages. (5-10 people)

Pre-Claytonfest Party

This committee will be in charge of organizing the annual party.

Backwards Raffle Envelope Committee

This committee will be in charge of getting 60 gift certificates or prize donations worth $20.00 or more. (2-20 people)

Backwards Raffle Ticket Committee

This committee will be in charge of getting the 300 tickets and dispersing them throughout the club members and collecting them before the raffle. (2-20 people)

Backwards Raffle Basket Committee

This committee will be in charge of getting 4 to 6 baskets donated to the club. (2-6 people)

Backwards Raffle Large Prize Committee

This committee will be in charge of getting the large prizes for raffling off. (Gun, purse, weekend stay, helmets and jackets) (4-8 people)

Backwards Raffle Organizing Committee

This committee will be in charge of setting up the entire raffle venue and clean up.This includes making thank you signs to post & making information signs for each table. (5-10 people)

AWSC Meeting Committee

This committee will be responsible for attending the AWSC meeting in Wausau and report back to the club all of their findings. (2 people)

WCSA Meeting Committee

This committee will be in charge of setting up an attendance schedule list for the monthly WCSA meetings. (1-2 people)

Trail Committee

This committee will be in charge of putting up signs and fencing in a designated are of the trail. Maintain all signs and fencing in that area for the entire seasonand removing signs at the end of the season. Ensure bags are on signs when trail closes. (5-10 people)

Land Owner Committee

This committee will mail the landowners the letter we already have in place – receive their calls as to where they want a gift certificate to. Then let the Treasurer know so the certificates can be purchased. Then mail the gift certificates out. (1-2 people)

Commercial Sponsors Committee

This committee will contact and collect fees from all Commercial Sponsors in Sept. (1-2 people)

Local Club Ride Committee

This committee will be in charge of setting up one or two local club rides. (1-4 people)

Club Ride Committee

This committee will be in charge of setting up the annual club ride. (1-4 people)

Christmas Party Committee

This committee will be in charge of setting up the annual Christmas party. (1 person)

Poker Run Committee

This committee will be in charge of setting up the annual poker run. (1-2 people)

Adopt a Family Committee

This committee will be in charge of buying gifts and delivering them to family or to the Boys & Girls Brigade. (1-3 people)
