Walk-in-Interview

The eligible candidates are informed to attend Walk-in-Interview for the following positions of Research Associates for “RKVY Project Quality Control Lab in Andhra Pradesh” at HRS, Lam, Guntur against the sanctioned vacant Posts in Dr.YSR Horticultural University, Venkataramannagudem, West Godavari Dist., Andhra Pradesh purely on contract/temporary basis as given below.

► The above posts are to filled up on contract basis for the period of 11 months only, in the first instance and may be extended based on performance (or) need of the institute (or) till the vacant posts are filled up on regular basis by recruitment.

► No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates.

► The interview will be conducted at the International Guest House, Dr.YSRHU Campus, VR.Gudem, West Godavari District on dates

mentioned above at 10.00 A.M. onwards.

► Candidates appearing for interview need to bring bio-data with pass port size photo and all original certificates for verification and one copy of attested certificates including Caste Certificate are to be handed over for office use on

interview date.

Qualifications for Research Associates in:

Soil Science & Agricultural Chemistry / Organic Chemistry

i.  A Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc (Horti.) / B.Sc (Agri.) /B.Sc (Chemistry/Organic Chemistry).

ii.  A Master’s degree in the subject (discipline) concerned with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade.

iii.  Should have passed SSC examination or any other equivalent examination with Telugu as one of the subject or should have studied SSC through the medium of Telugu or should have working knowledge of Telugu.

iv.  NET qualification is desirable.

v.  The Desirable qualification for the post of Research Associate is a minimum experience of 5 years in Quality Control Laboratory (or) Similar labs in Govt. institutes / Reputed Private Institute (or) Labs.

Microbiology

i.  A Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc (Hort.) /B.Sc (Agri.)/B.Sc (Microbiology) from a recognized University.

ii. A Master’s degree in the Micro Biology with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade.

iii. Should have passed SSC examination or any other equivalent examination with Telugu as one of the subject or should have studied SSC through the medium of Telugu or should have working knowledge of Telugu.

iv. NET qualification is desirable.

v. The Desirable qualification for the post of Research Associate is a minimum experience of 5 years in Quality Control Laboratory (or) Similar

labs in Govt.institutes / Reputed Private Institute (or) Labs.

Bio Chemistry /Food Chemistry / Food Processing / Analytical Chemistry

i.  A Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc (Bio Chemistry / Food Chemistry/Food

Processing/Analytical Chemistry) recognized University.

ii. A Master’s degree in the Bio Chemistry/Food Chemistry with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade.

iii. Should have passed SSC examination or any other equivalent examination with Telugu as one of the subject or should have studied SSC through the medium of Telugu or should have working knowledge of Telugu.

iv. NET qualification is desirable.

v.  The Desirable qualification for the post of Research Associate is a

minimum experience of 5 years in Quality Control Laboratory (or) Similar labs in Govt. institutes / Reputed Private Institute (or) Labs.
