·  Ph.D in Musicology, Institute of Art History „George Oprescu” pending on the Romanian Academy. Thesis (1997): Interdisciplinarity in Musical Perception (Dimensiuni interdisciplinare ale receptării muzicale);

·  Master degree in Cultural Management, National School of Political Studies and Public Administration, Bucharest (2002);

Current position:

·  Associate-professor, Piano Department, National University of Music Bucharest;

·  Associate-researcher, Institute for Educational Sciences, Bucharest (2007-2008 Sabbatical leave);

Career:

·  25 years of successful teaching, from international prize-winers pianists (Razvan Dragnea, Lorena Tecu, Violetta Stefanescu-Denneville, Monica Florescu, Gabriel Alexandru Teclu) till beginners;

·  Research areas, pre-eminently theorical, involving Piano performance, Musicology, Psychology of music, Cross-cultural communication, Inter-disciplinarian research;

Public performances:

·  Recitals, lecture-recitals, thematical recitals, lectures;

·  More than 25 participations in International Conferences, Rencontres and Symposia in Romania, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Hungary, Japan, Netherland, Norway, South Korea, Spain, United Kingdom, facilitated also by useful skills in language profiency (French, English, German and Japanese);
