1)WORKING EXPERIENCES

  • 1991-1993: resident student in the Anatomy and Histopathology Laboratory – 1st Service – Turin Molinette Hospital - chief: Prof. F. Mollo;
  • From 1994 until now, actively involved in research and assistance in the Oncological Surgery Department (chief: Prof. A. Mussa) – University of Turin, at the Aso S. Giovanni Battista of Turin, Molinette Hospital;
  • February 1996: awarded with the “Ottorino Uffreduzzi” for the best scientific research presented during the first GISCRIS (Italian Group for the Study of Radioimmunoguided Surgery and Immunoscintigraphy), entitled “Radioimmunolocalizzazione di cellule HT29 xenotrapiantate in topo nudo con anticorpo MoAb3 anti UK114. Risultati preliminari.”
  • 1997: actively involved in the 1st phase of clinical test of a new anticancer antibody, UK101, achieved in the Oncological Surgery Department – chief: Prof. A. Mussa, with the participation of Sisini Research Institute of Milan;
  • March 2000: 3 years PhD fellowship in the field of “Radioimmunoguided surgery”, University of Turin. Ranking: 1st at the final grade. The research activity has been carried out in these last two years together with practical assistance in Surgical Oncology Department;
  • From November 2000, assistant to the Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Diagnostic Service of Oncological Surgery Department – Chief: Prof. F. Scevola;
  • Since 2004 resident in endoscopy assistant of Prof De Angelis in Molinette Hospital Gastroenterological Department.
  • Since 2006 master in operative endoscopy University of Bologna
  • Experience in the field of management and organization of an ambulatory surgery unit. Enrolled by ASSR (Regional Agency For Sanitary Service) as expert in the field of ambulatory surgery;
  • Participation in the Turin Study Group for Sentinel Lymph node in breast cancer;
  • Experiences in the field of Chemohyperthermia of solid tumors and loco-regional therapy for liver cancer;
  • Co-author of the book “Thoracic Surgery” OliaroA. et al. Ed. Minerva Medica;
  • From 1999, Member of the Piedmontese Surgical Society directed by prof. A. Robecchi and from April 2000 member of the SPIGC (Italian Society of Young Surgeon).
