Note: Emphasis in Psychology 1100 is on psychology as a natural science (theories, methodology and statistics) and the focus of the course is on the investigation of major basic psychological processes such as sensation, perception, learning, memory, consciousness, the biological foundations of behaviour and life-span development. The focus of Psychology 1200 is on the investigation of major psychological processes such as emotion, motivation, personality, psychological disorders, therapy and social behaviour.
