* Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with business partners; stays abreast of current trends and regulatory changes in the industry and conducts benchmarking activities with other companies and organizations within and outside the industry and recommends alternative business practices, procedures, solutions, and strategies based on best practice research; consults with the Information Technology Department and software vendors to determine current and future technology needs, to develop and implement new applications and analytical models or enhance existing systems, and to ensure successful and effective interface between systems
* Provides direct support to the financial management team and performs other duties as required

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field and eight years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* A minimum of five years of corporate-level tax accounting experience in an organization of comparable size
* CPA certification preferred
* Experience working in a senior/leading capacity managing projects and/or l leading work teams
