TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.  The quotations should specifically mention conditions of supply . The prices should be firm and given as under :;-

(a)  The UNIT price should be for the UNIT as indicated in the tender enquiry.

(b)  Prices quoted should be for F.O.R. station of destination in India and inclusive of charges as packing, customs etc whether applicable

2.  The purchaser will not pay separately for transit insurance and you will be responsible for the safe arrival of stores and at the destination.

3.  The Guarantee period for the job should be 6 months

4.  Printed terms and conditions of tendering firms will not be considered as forming parts of their tender.

5. Sales Tax: Sales Tax leviable and intended to be claimed from the purchaser should be distinctly sown along with the prices quoted. Where this is not done, no claim for sales tax will be admitted at any later stage and or any ground what so ever.

6 TERMS OF PAYMENT; 100% payment on Completion of the work satisfactorily and within 30 days from the receipt for the bill.

7. Paying authority.

The Deputy Director(E), High Power Transmitter, Doordarshana, Bangalore road,

Anantapur.

8  The bill in the name of the Deputy Director(E), Doordarahsn, Anantapur should be sent for payment.

9. . T he quotation should be sent in a sealed cover addressed to the under signed, by name, so as to reach on or before 25-03-2013 at 1500 hrs

10. THE COVER SHOULD BE SUPERSCRIBED WITH THE FOLLOWING:

A) a. Work for which quotations are enclosed.

b. Reference to letter of enquiry.

c. Due date of opening of quotations.

And addressed to: The Deputy Directyor(E),Doordarshan High Power Transmitter, Anantapur -515002.

11 The quotations will be opened in this office on 25-03-13 at 15.30 Hrs

12 The quotations submitted should remain open for acceptance for a NINET”Y Days from the date of opening.

13 Please indicate in your quotation, your Permanent income Tax account number and income tax circle.

14. RIGHT OF ACCEPTANCE. The undersigned reserves the right to reject the lowest tender or all the tenders without assigning an y reason what so ever. Further the undersigned reserves himself the right of decreasing the quantity of materials tendered depending upon the actual requirement. The Unit rate quote ont eh tender shall be applicable for the quantity for which order is placed.
