DONATION AGREEMENT

Receipt of Donation
International Medical Equipment Collaborative (“IMEC”), of 1600 Osgood Street, North Andover, MA 01845 hereby acknowledges the receipt of US $15,000 (the “Donation”) from the Association for the Development of Pakistan Inc. of 106 Hancock St, Somerville, MA (“ADP”).
Permissible Uses of Donation
The Donation may only be used for non-profit purposes as defined by Section 501 of the US Internal Revenue Code. The Donation is for the sole expressed purpose of funding
(1) Acquiring and preparing medical equipment and supplies for Ayub Medical Hospital, Abottabad, Pakistan
(2) Preparing and packing IMEC medical suites into 40ft sea container for Ayub Medical Hospital
(3) Preparing a detail shipping manifest of IMEC medical suites for Ayub Medical Hospital.
(4) Coordination of the shipment of IMEC medical suites for the Medical Hospital in Abottabad,
Pakistan .
All other uses or expenditures are expressly forbidden without ADP’s consent.
Representations made by IMEC
IMEC represents the following to ADP:
(1) IMEC is a non-profit entity and functions as a non-profit as defined by the US Internal Revenue Code Section 501.
(2) Neither IMEC nor any of its officers are or have ever been engaged, directly or indirectly, in any illegal activity
(3) Neither IMEC, nor any of its officers are or have ever been engaged in preaching, promoting or facilitating, directly or indirectly, acts of violence or terrorism.
(4) IMEC does not have any affiliation, including but not limited to receiving or contributing funds, with the organizations listed in Attachment A.
ADP Liability
IMEC acknowledges that ADP will not be held liable for any acts arising from the preparation of the Donation, including but not limited to the violation of US or Pakistani law by IMEC or any of its personnel.
IMEC Deliverables
IMEC shall deliver the following to ADP:
(1) Packing list and IMEC Project Profile for the Medical Hospital in Abottabad, Pakistan
(2) Detail listing of IMEC medical suites shipped to project for Medical Hospital in Abottabad, Pakistan
(3) Coordination of the shipment of IMEC medical suites for the Medical Hospital in Abottabad, Pakistan .
