  • Current Rabies Vaccination Certificate (required)
  • Certificate of Spay or Neuter (if applicable)
Paperwork is NOT returned with your license receipt.

Licenses may be purchased for one year provided that the rabies vaccination is valid for the same period.
A license term cannot exceed the rabies vaccination expiration date. A 1-year license purchased during a 3-year rabies vaccination period will expire on the anniversary (i.e. the same day and month) of the license date.
If a tag is lost, please enclose $1 for a replacement tag.
