SUBJECT:Environmental Management Commission (EMC) Meetings of the Air Quality, Groundwater, NPDES, Steering, Technical Advisory Modeling Committee, Water Allocation, and Water Quality Committees
The Environmental Management Commission (EMC) meetings have been scheduled for the committee meetings on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 and the full EMC meeting on Thursday, November 14, 2013. The meetings will be held in the Archdale Building, 512 N. Salisbury Street, Raleigh, North Carolina.

In the event the previously scheduled committee meeting conducts its business and adjourns prior to the estimated adjournment time, the [Water Allocation/Water Quality/Air Quality/Technical Advisory Group] meeting may be called to order, by the Chairperson, fifteen minutes after the previous meeting adjourned.
