HARRISBURG, PA – The Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association would like to welcome the following new Directors to the Board of Directors for a two year term.

Cory Krebs, RPh, Chain Pharmacists Director

Chuck Kray, Community Independent Pharmacists Director
Roshni Patel, Alternative Practice Director
Hamad Juboori, East Regional Student Director

Madison Adams, West Regional Student Director

Roshni Patel, Alternative Practice Director–Roshni Patel received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy. She then completed a pharmacy practice residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Presbyterian/Shadyside, and went on to complete additional training at the University of Maryland to specialize in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Practice. Dr. Patel is currently an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the Jefferson School of Pharmacy in Philadelphia, PA. Her clinical practice site is in an internal medicine outpatient clinic, where she works interprofessionally with attending physicians, medical residents, nurses, and medical assistants to manage chronic conditions. She has also received board certification in pharmacotherapy from the Board of Pharmacy Specialties.

Dr. Patel is an active member of several pharmacy organizations, such as APhA, ACCP, AACP, and ASHP. Since becoming a PPA member, she has served on the Leadership Excellence and Advocacy Development (LEAD) program committee, and is working with the Pennsylvania Pharmacists Care Network (PPCN) Research Collaborative team. Dr. Patel is grateful to have the opportunity to serve on the PPA Board of Directors and is excited to create diverse partnerships across the state to move the profession forward, but she will forever remain committed to waiving her terrible towel proudly, despite now being a Philadelphia resident. In her free time, she also enjoys playing recreational sports, yoga, and cooking

These newly appointed Directors will work with other Board Members to fulfill the mission and goals of the Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association and advocate for the profession of pharmacy.

Founded in 1878, the Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association is a professional membership organization of more than 2,000 pharmacists and pharmacy students across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, representing almost all facets of pharmacy practice. As the leading voice of pharmacy in Pennsylvania, it promotes the profession through advocacy, education, and communication to enhance patient care and public health.
