If you are arriving on Tuesday, please notify show management in advance so that we can be sure your stalls are ready for you.
All participating horses must be ASPC or AMHR registered. All horses must be measured by the AMHR steward or present a measurement slip documenting measurement by an official AMHR steward within the last 60 days or a permanent measurement card for miniatures 3 years & older showing one measurement in year 2015. Stalls are $50.00. Camper hook-ups are $25.00 per night. Valid AMHR registration, coggins (current within 1 year), health certificate within 30 days on out of state horses, youth and/or amateur numbers must be provided. General Rules and Information:
This show is accredited and conducted under the 2015 rules and regulations of the American Miniature Horse Registry.
All horses must be registered with the American Miniature Horse Registry.
This show has three judges. Points and awards will be awarded by each judge.
Awards will be given to 1st - 6th place. Championship ribbons will be awarded in Junior/Senior Champions, Grand Champions. Awards will be given for Youth, Amateur and Open Champion of Champions. High Point Awards and the Millie Smiley Memorial Sportsmanship Award will be offered.

Stabling:All barns have box stalls. Shavings are available for $7.00 per bag pre-ordered or $7.50 per bag if ordered after arrival. Use of straw as bedding is prohibited. Pre-ordered shavings will be delivered. Shavings ordered at the show may have to be picked up at the shavings trailer by the exhibitor. Shavings from outside sources are not allowed on the grounds. When discovered, the facility will charge $10 per stall as a clean out fee. Showing off the trailer is permitted at a cost of $20.00/horse.
Arena:Indoor arena - show runs rain or shine!
Camping:Camper permits are $25.00 per night. Bathrooms and hot showers are available.
Food Stand:A concession stand will be in operation during the show.
Smoking:No smoking will be allowed in the barns, on deck, in the arena or in the horse show office.
Dogs:Dogs must be leashed.

From the West: US Hwy 64 E to Williamston. Exit 512 from Hwy 64. Turn left on NC Hwy 125 and
the entrance is 100 yards on the right. If you are locally on Alternate Hwy 64 (business) traveling east, turn right on NC Hwy 125 (past Martin Community College). The Center is 1.5 miles away.
From the North: US Highways 13 and 17 run together from Windsor to Williamston. Two options are
available: Hwys. 13 and 17 run directly into Alternate Hwy 64 (business). Go 1.5 miles and turn left on NC Hwy 125 S, the Ag Center is 1.5 miles on the right - or - Hwy 17 turns left at the Holiday Inn in Williamston, NC. Take 1st Exit to right for Hwy 64. Take next Exit 512 for the Ag Center. At the top of the exit ramp, turn left on NC 125. Ag Center is 100 yards on right.
From the East: From Jamesville/Plymouth, on US Hwy 64 traveling west, in Williamston, NC, turn left at the stop light at McDonald’s. Then follow either Option 1 or 2 above.
From the South: From Washington, take US Hwy 17 N to Williamston. Just before reaching the town
limits, exit to the left on US Hwy 64 West. Take next Exit 512 for the Ag Center. At the top of the exit ramp, turn left on NC Hwy 125. Ag Center is 100 yards on right - or - From Greenville, take Hwy 264 bypass, exit route Hwy 11 & 13 North. Turn right on Route 903 through Stokes, NC. Take the first left after going through Stokes (still Hwy 903). After entering Martin County, turn right at yellow, blinking light onto Prison Camp Road (also known as State Road #1142). Approximately 8 miles to Ag Center, entrance is on the left.

Measurement:All horses must be measured before entering the show ring. Horses will be measured in accordance
with AMHR rules beginning on Wednesday, April 15 at 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and resuming Thursday
morning at 7:00 a.m.
PaperworkCopies of registration papers must be included with entries. Each horse should have a current coggins.
Requirements:Out-of-state horses should bring original negative coggins report (within one year) and health within 30 days.
Youth Classes:All youth must have an ASPC/AMHR Youth number to be considered for National awards or titles. Youth card applications are available at the Horse Show Office. Youth membership fee is free but must be reapplied for annually.
AmateurAn ASPC/AMHR Amateur Card is required to participate in Amateur classes. Amateur cards are Classes: $15.00 if applied for at the show. Exhibitors must be a member of AMHR and produce a membership
card in order to apply for an amateur card. Applications are available at the Horse Show Office.
LiabilityEast Coast Miniature Horse Club, its officers, officials and employees will not be responsible for any
Statement:accident or loss which may occur to an exhibitor, spectator, guest, driver, groom, attendant or other
employee, animal or equipment at this show. THIS SHALL BE A CONDITION OF ENTRY to this
show or show grounds.
Show Policy:Evidence of any cruelty, abuse or inhumane treatment to a horse, in or out of the ring, will not be
tolerated by the Show Management and shall result in disqualification of the horse and that exhibitor
for the balance of the show. The offender will be barred from the show area for the duration of the
show. The results shall be the forfeiture of all trophies, ribbons, awards, and points for that show.
The show manager will notify ASPC/AMHR of any such disqualification when the show results are
reported.
Pre-Entries:Pre-Entries must be postmarked by March 28, 2015.
Pre-Entry Fees: $40.00 per Open Class; $30.00 per Amateur Class; $20.00 per Youth & COOL
Class; $45.00 per Stake Class; Flat Fee Per Horse: $135.00 Pre-entry postmarked by March 28, 2015; $155.00 Post-Entry. Stake classes not included in Flat Fee. Your Flat Fee will be based on the first 12 classes entered on your entry form for each horse regardless of cost (i.e. regardless of whether they are youth, amateur or open classes).
Post-Entries:Post-Entries will be accepted up to four classes preceding the class to be entered.
Post-Entry Fees: Additional $5.00 per class.
Refunds:There will be no refunds on stall, office or late fees. Refunds for entry fees will only be made with a
veterinarian certificate stating the reason for the horse not being able to show. This certificate must be
received in the Show Office during the show. A veterinarian certificate will not be accepted after the
show is over. If a horse participates in any classes before withdrawing, and the Show Office has
received proper veterinary documentation, the horse will be scratched from ALL remaining classes and
a refund will be given for those classes. Refunds will not be made prior to or during the show and a
$20.00 scratch fee will be deducted from all refunds. Approved refunds will be mailed within 30 days
after the conclusion of the show. Substitutions will be accepted without penalty.
