You can check in at hotel reception from 3.00pm on the Friday – And with Pauline for the event from 5.00pm (Although there is no need to do this ahead of coming down for the evening if you can't make that) – If you are arriving later than 6.00pm on Friday please call & let us know so that we can make special arrangements to look after you as soon as you do arrive – Please check-out by 10.00am on Sunday morning (Or Monday if you are staying the extra night)

When driving to TLH Leisure Resort, follow the A380 from Newton Abbot to Torquay.
At the junction of Newton Road and Avenue Road take the left hand fork sign posted to the town centre. On entering the one-way system by South Devon College follow the signs to the harbour. This leads into Belgrave Road where the Derwent and Victoria Hotels are located on the right hand side past a set of traffic lights ......

There will be no need to queue for tables - They will be allocated to your party & you will keep them for the whole weekend - This will be finalised with you when you register – Pauline will also ring around to discuss in advance with ‘Group Organisers’ as much as possible – If you have a ‘group’ who did not book as a group or you know who you want to sit with, it would be helpful if you call to give us this information in advance – And please let us have any special ‘group’ name if you have one for the table reservation cards.

Attached is a Top 10 sheet – Please bring it with you to give us an idea of your favourite dances – Either one per dancer or one per group of dancers – Hand it in to Pauline when you arrive or bring it up to Dave at the DJ booth.

2018 Early-Bird Deal
We thank you very much for your support & hope you’ll come back in July 2018 – We’ll be back with guest choreographers Fred Whitehouse & Hayley Wheatley for some more fun in the English Riviera sun – Early-bird form attached - As I hit the big 6-0 in June 21018 (Pauline will already have hit it in December 2017) we are planning to gradually run down our events towards semi-retirement & this will be our 12th & farewell Torquay weekend - We love Torquay & all our regular dancers over the years & it is one of our favourite events, but it is such a long long way for us & we need to start by reducing the regular long travels - We will miss it so much being one of our annual events since the very beginning of Awesome Linedancing, but we plan to go out with a big party weekend & hope you will come back to party with us :-) ………
