[1]Daily tariffs should represent the rate per one auditor, per day, and per country. They include all charges, including the related accommodation expenses per day. They do not include travel costs and daily subsistence allowances which will be reimbursed separately (see section 2.9 of the tender specifications). Please consider an average rate taking into account the different levels of seniority of the auditors normally included in one team.

[2]This designation is without prejudice to positions on status, and is in line with UNSCR 1244 and the ICJ Opinion on the Kosovo declaration of independence.

[3]This designation shall not be construed as recognition of a State of Palestine and is without prejudice to the individual positions of the Member States on this issue.
