3 WAYS TO REGISTER FOR OUR SPRING LEAGUE…
Method #1 - Mail In Your Form
Fill out and mail in your form with payment, and mail it in by regular mail, to the following address:

Method #2–Come by our Office
Drop into our Minor office, which is located inside the West Soccer Centre @ 17415-106 a avenue. Our office is only open 2 days a week … Tuesday’s & Thursday’s from 5:30pm to 8:30pm. If you miss us, we do have a white box that is locked, located in the foyer of the West Centre. Do not leave cash in the box, only cheques please.
Method #3 – Live Registration Weekends
Our league will hold “live registration” dates, in which you can come down and register players in person. All these registrations will take place at Willowby Community Hall (6315-184 street) in west Edmonton.
Dates & times for registration are as follows:
- Saturday, January 16 (10am to 4pm) & Sunday, January 17 (Noon to 4pm)
- Saturday, January 30 (10am to 4pm) & Sunday, January 31 (Noon to 4pm)
- Saturday, February 20 (10am to 4pm) & Sunday, February 21 (Noon to 4pm)
Our League is hoping to have all registration completed by the end of February 2016, so please don’t leave it to the last minute … our policy is “first-come, first-serve”, so don’t be disappointed. If you want your kids to play with friends or relatives, send those forms in together and we can accommodate your request. We will give returning players first opportunity to register on team they played on in 2015, providing your registration is in to the league before January 15, 2016. After that date, teams will be filled so it is important that you understand that!
-We accept Visa – Master Card – Interac at the Office & at Live Registration Sessions
-There is a $25.00 charge on any returned/NSF cheque written to our League
-There is a League administrative fee of $50 on any refund request that is approved
