Nobel Prize Winner for Literature
As we approach the end of the quarter we will break into research groups based on your table groups. We will be researching the following authors, all Nobel Prize Winners for Literature:
· Gabriela Mistral from Chile (1945)
· Miguel Angel Asturias from Guatemala (1967)
· Pablo Neruda from Chile (1971)
· Gabriel Garcia Marquez from Colombia (1982)
· Octavio Paz from Mexico (1990)
· Derek Walcott from Saint Lucia (1992)
· V.S. Naipaul from Trinidad (2001)
· Mario Vargas Llosa from Peru (2010)
The Nobel Prize for Literature comes with great honor and accolades.
