Payment
Payment is due upon purchase. Credit cards, Etsy Gift Cards, and Paypal accepted - you can pay with credit cards via PayPal without signing up for an account (read this post to see how it works
If you are new to Etsy, here is a helpful link on how to make a purchase:
Shipping
Shipping is provided by [USPS].
All products are [in stock and ready for shipping unless otherwise noted on item description. Custom pieces take up to 14 days to complete.
Shipping [your item] requires padding. I use [bubble wrap and packing paper in sturdy boxes}. I recycle boxes when possible in attempts to conserve the planet.
If your item is in stock and listed as such in the item description, your package will be mailed within [3] days of receiving payment.
Please note that once package is shipped I am no long in control of arrival times. If you are experiencing a delay please contact your local post office. Please note that if you are an international buyer shipping can take up to 6 weeks. Customs may open or hold your package without notice. There is nothing I can do about this as it just depends on how your customs office works.
If upon receiving your purchase the item is damaged, contact me right away. Send me a picture of the item and I will refund your purchase or remake your item for you free of cost.
