To the Request For Qualifications (RFQ)

1.  The following questions were submitted during the Question Answer period and the responses are provided below.

Q1: Can you provide a planholders list for this contract?

A1: There is not a planholders list, but attached is a list of all businesses who have expressed an interest in the contract to date (Attachment 1).

Q2: Please provide a copy of the winning proposal and contract associated with IWM05058.

A2: IWM05058 is an existing contract for similar services.

The proposal and contract are available for viewing from this contract’s webpage on the Contracts website (www.ciwmb.ca.gov/contracts). There are three links available just below the RFQ document, all titled “Miscellaneous” which contain 1) the agreement, 2) the first half of the winning proposal and 3) the second half of the winning proposal. We have redacted the following confidential business information pursuant to Government Code sections 6254(i), 6254.15, and 6276.48, and Title 14, California Code of Regulations, sections 17041 et seq.: Federal tax identification number; client information, lists, and contract amounts; financial information including a financial report and bank letter; OSHA and worker's compensation information; and a litigation summary for which confidentiality was requested at the time of submittal.

All other terms, conditions, and requirements of this RFQ will remain the same.
