RE:2014-2015 Cooperative Purchase of AV/Media Supplies and Equipment
On the CESA #10 website (located under Business Services, Cooperative Purchasing, Order Information), you will find an order form for the Cooperative Purchase of AV/Media Supplies and Equipment in excel format along with several other areas your district may wish to participate in.
If we do not have a product listed that you would like to order or you would like a SPECIFIC BRAND, please add it to the current list. When adding items it is necessary that you include description of the item, along with brand, model and specifications.
Since it is our goal to offer you the best pricing on this large order, we will be requesting quotes based on a one time shipment, but also requesting that we receive discount pricing throughout the year. This will offer you the opportunity to purchase items throughout the year directly from the vendors. Call Maggie at CESA #10 for vendor names and telephone numbers. Pricing throughout the year may vary based on quantity and shipping charges.
To take advantage of this volume ordering and excellent pricing, please follow these procedures:
1)Determine your district’s needs from the items listed on the order form.
Please note that prices listed are from last year’s quotes.Use for budget purposes only.
2)Place your requests in the blanks under quantity.
3)Return order form (the excel spreadsheet completed and emailed back to us as a file attachment toRoxaneat CESA #10 ()by Friday, February 28,2014.
NOTE: NO ITEMS WILL BE ORDERED WITHOUT A VALID PURCHASE ORDER.
After the quotes have been awarded and districts have a listing of prices, school district purchase orders will be placed with CESA #10 by May 30, 2014.
CESA 10 will compile the orders and request price quotes from vendors. The CESA 10 AV/Media Committee will review these quotes; and as a result of the committee’s recommendations, CESA will place orders with vendors. All items will be shipped directly to the CESA office, delivered to districts via CESA delivery services, and billed after July 1.
