  • In summary,
  • OCA will be expanding their services to children outside of CFS, to Mental Health, disabilities, health and addictions, CLDS cases for all youth under the age of 21. Government reports will now be able to be shared publicly at the discretion of the OAC
  • Street Reach evaluation still in process with the Province, will request update from Tracey A
  • Tip Teachings, being implemented in (I think Seven Oaks, Met with Myra and she shared this to Tammy N) school as part of curriculum,
  • To get HOME’s Advisory committee up and running again
  • Concerns around were funding will come from to pay experiential women honorariums for HOME
  • Megan from Lake Head University to see where she is at with the evaluation of HOME
  • Regional Team (knowledge Keepers) was developed by the Province. EAC members want to connect with RT to see what they can do as a collective
  • Sage House consistently educating EIA workers to get women access to appropriate services that are streamlined and meets the needs of women, rather than setting them up for failure
  • WPS – CEU – doing training to various groups through their training on exploitation. Although this is not an SEYCC driven project, this still addresses the gap created at a variety of levels from community, to government)
