Program Manager
Tasks and responsibilities:
DHL EECC is looking for a Program Manager to manage, on behalf of the commercial owner, the most complex Express Logistics solutions for customers on a day-to-day basis to ensure that performance targets are met. Besides this the Program Manager is responsible for providing continuous improvement suggestions to the customers by analysing existing solutions and identifying and implementing service enhancements on an ongoing basis.
Tasks:

- Manage schedules business review meetings and/or conference calls with customers to review delivered performance metrics (KPI’s), and initiate the development (and drive the implementation) of service improvement and/or cost reduction initiatives to meet or exceed the performance targets as agreed with the customer
- Act as the customer single point of contact for all after-sales activity for assigned customers
- Manage customer expectations to align with DHL capabilities
- Ensure the timely distribution of integrated performance reports to specific regional/network customers, involved service providers and regional/network management, measure and evaluation the overall performance of all internal partners for a particular customer against pre-agreed performance metrics (KPI’s) through performance reporting

- Own and maintain the solution specific master operating plans, describing the detailed components of the solution and ensure the distribution of the Master Operating Plans to all users at country level
