1)Please fill the application form on the next page.
Please fill the request for airport shuttle service also. (The cost of airport shuttle is 1,100 JPY = approx. 10.00 USD one way.)
2)Please send the application form to Yuko Shingu, International Relations, JAWA by e-mail or fax by October 31.
3)The application confirmation and the invoice will be sent to you. (In case the accommodation of your choice is full, we may ask you to stay in another accommodation.)
4)Please make the payment in full by bank transfer by November 14. (The bank account will be shown on the invoice.)
5)Upon receipt of your payment, the booking confirmation will be sent to you.

(Twin) / 5 min. walk to “Kameido” station + 2 min. (1 station) train ride + 3 min. walk from “Kinshicho” station to the venue --- approx. 12 min. in total. Train tickets (and an access map) will be provided for free for the duration of the championship. / * 12 ㎡(Singles & Twins)
* Bed sizes --- Single: 195 X 120 cm
Twin: 195 X 100 cm
* Twin rooms have very little space other than the bed area.
* This is a short-term apartment (Not a hotel), and there will be no room cleaning services. A set of a sheet and towels will be provided. (Additional sheets and towels require the following rental charges: sheet = 315 yen, bath towel = 210 yen, face towel = 105 yen)
* No breakfast provided.
Please note that fees may be applied upon cancellation. Cancellation policy:
Super Hotel --- Till 9 days before: No charge, 9 to 2 days before: 10% of room rates, The day before: 30% of room rates, On the day: 100% of room rates
WeeklyMansion Kameido --- Till 14 days before: No charge,14 to 2 days before: Charge for 1 day of accommodation, The day before or on the day: Charge for 2 days of accommodation, No show: Charge for 3 days of accommodation
