Diplomat Resort & Spa Becomes the First Property To Be Certified byCvent’s Supplier Professional Certification Program
Now a Curio – A Collection By Hilton Property, the Entire Sales Team is Armed with An Unparalleled Understanding of RFP Process
HOLLYWOOD, FL–Nov.10, 2014 – Diplomat Resort & Spa is proud to announce that its entire sales and marketing team has been certified through Cvent’s Supplier Professional Certification Program and is the first property to be trained through this course. This program ultimately helps those certified save time during the RFP response process, converting more group business for the property which was recently acquired by Thayer Lodging Group and transitioned to a Curio – A Collection by Hilton.

The goal of the program is to help professionals better understand Cvent tools and the RFP process from a planner’s perspective, ultimately decreasing lead response time and generating more group business.

In addition, the program helps increase a venue’s exposure to planners, define the role of venue administrators, lead catchers and users, run relevant reports to help supplement team goals and leverage Cvent special features.
