**Uniform & Operations Reserve Savings Account:

A reserve account was accumulated over the past ten years to establish funds for the Marching Band uniform replacement for the 2018-19 school year and annual operating contingencies. The last uniform purchase of 150 uniforms was in 2007; a minimum of $100,000 from the reserve account is earmarked for new uniforms at an estimated cost of $500-$700 per uniform.
