INVITING QUOTATIONS NOTICE NO. 01 /2006-07

Sealed quotations from professional Agencies are hereby invited on behalf of Delhi Development Authority by the Secretary, MDCSC, Ashok Vihar, Delhi for the work mentioned below. The quotations should reach in the Office of the undersigned on or before 26/04/2007 up to 3 P.M and the same shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in the Office of the Secretary of the Complex in the presence of quotationer their authorized representatives.

SH:-Supply of post top lantern fittings

Description / Quantity / Unit
Supply of post top lantern Pluto prismatic clear globe in PC material wired with B-22d lamp holders and suitable for GLS/PLC retrofit lamp but without lamp as required (of size 300 mm dia globe) / 25 Nos. / Each

Terms & Conditions:-

1.  No extra charges shall be paid for transportation and fixing the items.

2.  The supply shall be completed within 10 days from the date of receipt of the order.

3.  Sales Tax shall be paid extra as applicable if not already included in the rates.

4.  Payment shall be made only after the supply is received in its entirety and is to the satisfaction of the JE (E)/Secretary of the complex and also confirms to the specifications laid down by the Sports Authority of India.

5.  The entire material ordered shall have to be supplied in one lot at MDCSC and no part supply shall be accepted.

6.  That the decision of the Secretary of the complex in respect of quality of the supplies received shall be final and binding on the supplier and shall not be called in question before any forum.

7.  If the entire ordered goods are not supplied within the stipulated time of 10 days from the date of receipt of the order, the order shall automatically lapse and it shall be sole discretion of the Secretary of MDCSC to accept the supply on such terms as the Secretary deems fit and proper. The decision of the Secretary in this behalf shall be final and shall not be called in question before any forum.

8.  Necessary statutory deductions will be made as applicable.

9.  The agency should be registered with the Sales Tax Department, GNCT of Delhi & supposed to furnish a copy of Sales Tax Registration & Sales Tax Clearance Certificate on quarterly basis and attach the same along with the quotation otherwise the quotation may not be considered and liable to be rejected.

10.  Debarred agency or individual shall not be permitted to participate in the tendering process.

11.  Any individual who has been debarred is not permitted to take part in any negotiations or represent an agency even if he holds a power of attorney on the agencies behalf. Any agency engaging debarred persons is also liable to be debarred.

12.  The experience of agencies shall be taken into account rather than individuals incorporated with the agencies which does not include proprietorship.

13.  The port top lantern fitting shall be of twinkle make (Pluto- 300 PC model), K-Lite or any other equivalent model of superior make.
