John J. Bellardini
John is a Certified Turnaround Professional with over 20 years of global experience with expertise in management, finance, accounting, sales, information systems and human resources. John’s dynamic leadership and organizational skills have enabled him to rapidly remove barriers and provide sustainable solutions in a variety of environments. He has demonstrated an ability to influence others to embrace change while bringing value to internal and external customers.
Highlights of his professional experience include:
· Chief Restructuring Officer/CEO - Designed and executed several successful turnarounds including managing all aspects of the business, securing alternative financing and searching for a permanent CEO. The market segments of some of the successful turnarounds include: hi-tech MEMS manufacturer, a steel fabricator in the bridge renovation and transportation infrastructure industry, and a designer and manufacture of modular homes.
· Led the successful integration of an acquisition into the existing business processes of a client.
· Successfully led the design and implementation of strategic pricing methods for hi-tech manufacturing organizations which included engineering, product, warranty, and other product offerings.
· Managed the successful implementation of SAP for a multi-national defense contractor.
· Organized and created a strategy for the successful sale of an engineering-driven software company.
· In the capacity of acting CEO, conducted a liquidation of a commercial printer.
· Investment steering committee member to manage the capital decisions in research and development utilizing stage gate processes.
His experience was gained at engineering-driven companies such as: Philips, Dover and Amphenol with titles held: Global Director of Sales Operations, Global Marketing and Sales Controller and Assistant Controller.
John received his bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from Siena College, and his master’s degree in accounting from Binghamton University. He earned his M.B.A. in human resources from Sage Graduate School. John was the recipient of the 2008 National Turnaround Management Association for the Small Turnaround of the Year Award. He serves on the Boards of the Upstate NY TMA and Elmcrest Children's Center.
