PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

All those willing to participate

§  Registration of applications ,thesis for publication, fee payment (copy) should be send by email to , till 15 of October.

Invitation will be send with a conference programme to those participants which send fee payment forward.

Organizing payment is 50 hrn. (5 euro). It is include lunch, coffee break and conference material sending afterwards to off-campus participants within Ukraine.

Accommodation is paid by the participants separately. Reports of the participants will be published in Conference Handbook .

Language of report: Ukrainian, Russian, English. Report is send in 1 copy, report size is 3-6 pages, A5 Fields: left, upper, lower , right – 2,5 cm; print - Times New Roman Cyr, font 10. Interval between lines – single. First line indent - 0,5 cm. In case of sending material in English, translation to your report should be attached. Numbering is not applicable. To type formulas use build-in editor of formulas in MS Word for Windows. Information about authors (names, enterprise and position) is typing on the right. Title of material is typing below (Times New Roman Cyr, font 10, bold), align to center, all capital symbols. Interval between title and text – single

Cost for material publication to students and university teachers is 20 hrn., to off-campus participants is 25 hrn. per 1 page, to the foreign participants is 4 euro per 1 page.

To each joint author is given one copy of conference material. Quantity of joint author is 3 person maximum.
