Under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552,
I am requesting access to material your office has concerning Vincent
House, which is located in Fort Wayne, Ind. Specifically, I am
interested in a copy of a grant application this organization has filed
with your office, as well as any follow up correspondence that resulted
from that application.
To aid in your search for this information, it may help you to know
our records show this organization is located 2827 Holton Ave, in Fort
Wayne.
If there are any fees for searching for, or copying, the records I
have requested, please supply the records without informing me if the
cost does not exceed $20. If it will exceed this amount, please notify
me at the above telephone number or address.
As you know, the Act permits you to reduce or waive the fees when the
