Entries must be received by Friday, September 15th. Deck/Late entries may be turned in and will be considered on a case by case scenario. Late entries may be entered in events with NT regardless of submitted times.
Non-Members: Any Non-members participating in this meet will have to sign a liability waiver upon entering the club.
Our outdoor Bar/Bistro area will be open to all participants during and after the event.

Course: Outdoor 25 Meter with 6 Athletic lanes (Width is smaller than average competition lanes). Warm up in main pool, all 6 lanes. Pool depth: Start 5ft 5in; End 4Ft.
WARM-UP Procedure: All lanes open for warm up under Official Supervision between 4:30pm – 5:15pm. Diving will be allowed in designated lanes during designated times only under Coach Supervision. Dive Lanes will be open during the last 15 minutes of warm up. Pool Closes 15 minutes prior to meet start at 5:30pm.
MEET REFEREE: Will be in charge of the meet. Any questions regarding the conduct of the meet should be directed to the Referee.
RULES: Meet will follow basic meet guidelines. Due to the meet being a non-sanctioned meet there will be no stroke/turn officials, only a starting official will be present. In the case that the facility cannot produce timers we will be relying on the meet participants to help out where they can. Times will be recorded but cannot be used as official times since this is a non-sanctioned meet. There will also not be any awards handed out for this meet because of the relaxed nature of it being a non-sanctioned meet. Events will be combined in an open event format and will be separated into respective age-groups following the end of the meet.
RECORDING DEVICES & MEDIA NOTICE:The use of any device is strictly prohibited anywhere from behind the blocks or in the locker rooms for any reason. Photographs, videos, and media may be allowed under appropriate circumstances. Entry into the meet is acknowledgement and consent to the fact that there may be this time of media at the meet and all/any participants could be subject to this.
DRONES: No drones allowed.
SWIMWEAR: Swimwear must be appropriate. Clothes that bleed or come apart in the pools are prohibited along with anything not appropriate for a family facility. Full body suits will also be prohibited. Subject to ruling on a case by case situation at the facilities discretion.
DECK CHANGES: …Prohibited. We have locker rooms.
RACING STARTS: Blocks are available for racing starts. Any participant uncomfortable with diving or anyone unsafe with diving will be starting from a push in the water.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to all athletes with or without a USMS or USA Swimming Registration. Athletes must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Entry form must be received by the meet entry deadline in order to participate. Late application will be considered and subject to monetary penalties.
SUBMITTED TIMES: Times submitted will be used for event/heat seeding purposes. Times should be declared with Y = yards, M = Meters, or LC = 50 Meters. Any athlete without a time or who is unsure should enter events with NT = No Time. Seeding will done in a fastest to slowest style.
AWARDS:No awards will be disbursed.
ENTRY FEES:$10.00 for each individual swimmer along with a $4.00 per event. Payment must be in the form of Check, Cash, or Credit and accompany each individual entry form. Payments in the form of Cash must be exact as there will not be any change for monies exceeding the total cost of entry. Checks should be made payable to Lifetime Fitness with the exact amount due. Credit Card information should be completely filled out on the entry form itself. Lifetime Members will have the option to pay via club tab. Failure to cover the full cost of the individual’s entry form entry fee, Returned checks, or inaccurate payment information may result in scratched events or the discard of said individuals entry form. Email verification will be sent to any individuals entering the event. There will be NO REFUNDS for submitted forms. DELETIONS/SCRATCHES will not be refunded.
It is understood and agreed that lifetime fitness shall be free from any liabilities or claims for damages arising by reason of injuries to anyone during the conduct of the event.
